My Wellness & Yoga Journey

For over 20 years, I’ve immersed myself in wellness, movement, and holistic health. My journey has led me around the world, learning from the best in yoga, fitness, and longevity practices.

As I navigated my own shifts—including menopause—I became deeply committed to researching natural alternatives to aging gracefully. Working with some of the world’s leading doctors, I’ve explored hormone balance, nutrition, strength training, and mindful movement to stay strong, vibrant, and energized.
